VELCOME TO LYNGBY FUTURE 2018 A recent analysis highlights how DTU-STUDENTS, DTU-GRADUATES AND DTU-EMPLOYEES To paraphrase a well-known quote, its difficult to make predictions, over the last two decades have founded more than two companies a week on average, which amounts to except about the future. The transition into the 21st century was marred by the burst of the dotcom bubble and a general skepticism towards technologys potential. 115 Today, two decades into the new millenium, a future where technologies abolish limits and enrich our everyday lives seems tangible. Digital development is making giant leaps, and technology is expected to successfully address burning issues such as global warming or incurable diseases as well as to make everyday activities like shopping or traveling companies a year easier. Many of those technologies are already on the horizon.
