Web banners The advertiser is responsible for sending finished banners in the correct size and format. For HTML5 banners, L-MedieHus always sets up the banner for the customer. Newsletter banners The advertiser is responsible for supplying finished banners as JPG, PNG or non-animated GIF. The banner must not exceed 80 kb. The advertiser is responsible for supplying finished PDF files in the agreed dimensions/sizes by the agreed deadline by e-mail or as agreed with the sales department. Terms of payment Payment due within 14 days. A reminder fee is charged for late payment. Surcharges and fees An invoice fee of DKK 50 excl. VAT is charged when a physical invoice is sent. In the event of incorrect sizes, misprints, prices and times etc. for which the advertiser or agency is not responsible, a reduction is only granted at L-MedieHus' own discretion based on the ad's loss of value, up to the full price of the ad. Claims for damages cannot be made against L-MedieHus for delayed or missing delivery of material for the ordered ads or for any consequences of such errors. Complaints Complaints concerning errors in published ads must be submitted immediately and reach L-MedieHus no later than 7 days after the ad was published. If an ad is published several times with the same error without L-MedieHus being made aware of it, a reduction will only be granted for the first insertion. Rejection of material L-MedieHus reserves the right to reject material that conflicts with its own interests or with applicable laws and regulations, as well as ads that may be confused with editorial text. L-MedieHus accepts no liability for the insertion of any illegal advertising material. Misprints and price increases Misprints and price increases excepted. Agreed ad prices may be increased in line with increases in postal rates that take effect after the agreement on the ad insertion has been made. If external price increases of more than 10% occur, L-MedieHus is entitled to raise the ad price, provided this is announced at least one month in advance. In the event of announced price increases, the customer is entitled to terminate the ad agreement within 7 working days. Deadlines A distribution surcharge is added to print advertising. The surcharge is 9.9% of the invoice amount before VAT, min. DKK 55 and max. DKK 250. Weekly papers: Booking: Thursday 14 days before publication. Final artwork: Monday the week before publication. Cancellation of orders If the order is cancelled after the ad deadline, 50% of the ad price will be invoiced. Daily newspaper: Booking: two working days before publication. Final artwork: The day before publication at 12 noon.
