I alt deltog 26 inte Erklæring fra konsensuskonferencen om fysisk aktivitet og aldring afholdt d. 19.-22. november 2018 Træning er designet til at forbedre kardiovasku lær fitness, kognitiv funktion, fleksibilitet, balan ce og/eller styrke. Denne erklæring præsenterer forskernes kon sensus om effekterne af fysisk aktiv Hjernesundhed og kognitiv funktion Fysisk aktivitet har vist sig at være gavnligt for kognitive funktioner og hjernesundhed hos ældre mennesker.
